Margaret Hart

Margaret Massey Hart, 82, of Moultrie, passed away on Thursday, October 6, 2022, at her home surrounded by her family.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, October 9, 2022, in the Chapel of Baker Funeral Home with Rev. Thomas Parrish officiating. She will be laid to rest at Sardis Church Cemetery.
Born on February 3, 1940, in Worth County, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Julian Franklin Massey, Sr., and Alma Lee Jackson Massey Crosby. She was a homemaker and was a member of Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Marilyn Berry.
Mrs. Hart is survived by her loving husband of 63 years Aldine Hart of Moultrie; daughter, Suzanne Hart Sumner and husband Kevin of Moultrie; sons, Gene Hart and wife Michele, and Scott Hart and wife Shana all of Moultrie; grandchildren, Justin Hart and wife Lindsey of Hahira, Maggie Brown and husband Anthony of Arabi, Jake Hart, Jed Hart, Hart Sumner and fiancée Cara Davis, and Hayes Sumner all of Moultrie; great-grandchildren, Barrett Brown, Porter Hart, Myers Hart, and Vivian Hart; brother, Frankie Massey and wife Linda of Groveland, FL; sister in law, Faye Fussell; brothers in law, Randall Hart and wife Verlyn of Pavo, and Charles Berry; and special caregivers, Nicole Mixon, and Dale Haydon.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 8, 2022, in the Chapel of Baker Funeral Home from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
