Albert Lee Bunn, 88, of Ellenton, Ga, died Thursday, October 21, 2021 at his home.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, October 24, 2021 in the Chapel at Baker Funeral Home with Rev. Randy Jackson officiating. Interment will follow at Cool Springs Church Cemetery.
Born on April 11, 1933, in Woolsey, Georgia. He was the son of the late Charlie Jackson Bunn and Verna Mae Spear Bunn. He was a truck driver and was of the Protestant faith. Mr. Bunn’s grandchildren will serve as pallbearers.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Steven Albert Bunn; sister, Shirley Folsom, and Ozzie Bunn; and brothers, Virgil Bunn and Charles Bunn.
Mr. Bunn is survived by his wife Myrtice Castleberry Bunn of Ellenton; daughters, Vicki Bunn of Ellenton, Connie Leverett and husband Harold of Sparks; sisters, Nellie Powers and husband Jimmy of Norman Park and Shelby Jean Woodard and husband Bill of Adel; grandchildren, Jason Dees and wife Rae Ann, Justin Dees and wife Jessica, Amie Monita, Lee Leverett Jr., Jesse Leverett and wife Samantha, Stacey Leverett and wife Kay, Ethan Leverett and wife Kristen, April Haymons and husband Andy, Rodney Bunn, and Mason Bunn and wife Heather; and 21 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held 1 hour before the service in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
