Annette Crosby Norman (photo) NORMAN PARK Annette Crosby Norman, 69, of Norman Park, died Friday, Sept. 18, 2015, at Archbold Medical Center in Thomasville. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 22, at Weeks Chapel United Methodist Church with interment at Weeks Chapel Cemetery. The Rev. Dan Robinson will officiate, and pallbearers will be Ricky Weeks, Benny Norman, John Salter, Richie Crosby, James Earl Rice, Mike Hampton and Michael Duren. Mrs. Norman was born June 1, 1946, in Adel, Ga., a daughter of the late Harmon Elliott Crosby and Gladys Dickerson Crosby. She retired after 22 years of service as a licensed practical nurse with Colquitt Regional Medical Center. Her family stated she was a loving and caring person, she enjoyed working as a nurse at the hospital and loved spending time with her family. Survivors include her husband of 49 years, Billy Thomas Norman of Norman Park; a son, Thomas Norman and wife Sheila of Moultrie; daughters:, Teresa Hurst and husband Dale of Cleveland, Ohio; brother, Frank Crosby and wife Sue of Adel; sisters, Carolyn Noles and husband Randall of Perry, Fla., and Hilda Rice of Adel; and grandchildren, Lizabeth Jean Norman, Jonathan Vickers, Sarah Bolin, Elizabeth Bolin, John E. Salter, Briana H. Salter and Shane M. Hurst. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Elliott Crosby, and sisters, Noma Crosby, Mary Lou Mixon and Freddie Carol Crosby. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Monday, Sept. 21, at the funeral home. Donations may be made to Weeks Chapel United Methodist Church Building Fund. Arrangement have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home,
