Annie Lou Hall Martin Annie Lou Hall Martin, 92, of Thomaston, formerly of Crosland, died Monday, Feb. 3, 2014, at her residence. Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 6, 2014 at 3:00 pm at Antioch Baptist Church, with the Rev. Milton Hill officiating. Interment will follow in Omega City Cemetety. Casketbearers will be Frank Thornton, Bobbie Schweikart, Brett Martin, Ryan Syms, Ted Weeks, Jamie Anderson, Jacob Anderson, Andrew Isom, Jimmie Chambers, Brandon Thorton. Born March 7, 1921, in Crosland, she was the daughter of the late Tom Bunyan Hall and Florence Carter Hall. She was retired from J.C. Penney's as a department head and was a member of Shilo Baptist Church of Thomaston, GA. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jacob Benjamin Martin; an infant daughter; a brother, Cecil Tommy Hall; two sisters, Bessie Lucile Hall and Mary Hall Corbett; and a granddaughter, Stacy Ann Syms. Survivors include a son, Terry Alan Martin and wife Donna of Brooks, Ga.; four daughters, Eunice Swanson of Madison, Ala., Mary Ann Smith of Thomaston, Ga., Binnie Hembree and husband Lee of St. George Island, Fla., and Betty Renolds and husband Doyle of Jackson; a sister, Rubye Hall Meders of Omega; two sisters-in-law, Patty Smith Hall of Athens, Ga. and Zelma Martin Barker of Sylvester; grandchildren Pandora Weeks and husband Stanley, Kaley Schwickart and husband Bobbie, Dawn Hoyle and husband Charlie, Mary Lynn Fowble and husband Scott, Jo Ellen Poole and husband Rob, Frank Allen Thornton and wife Michelle, Denise Griggs and husband Chris, Lisa Isom and husband Jerry, Tara Lister and husband John and Brett Allen Martin; 19 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren.
