Anthony Blake Willingham age 33 of Moultrie, died Friday November 8, 2019 at Archbold Medical Center.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00pm Tuesday, November 12, 2019 in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home with the Rev. Jimmy Voyles officiating. Visitation will follow immediately after the service.
Anthony was born May 3, 1986 in Hazelhurst, GA to Sandra Fay Rogers Willingham of Moultrie and the late James Curtis Willingham. He was employed with Larry Hinson building cell phone towers and of the Baptist Faith.
He is preceded in death by his father, brother, Stacy Willingham and sister Donna Willingham Bellamy.
Survivors are his mother, Fiancé, Desiree Brown of Moultrie; son, Bentley Blake Willingham of Moultrie; brother, Curtis Willingham and wife LaQuitta of Valdosta; sisters, Michelle Willingham McMullen of Morven and Ginger Parson of Valdosta.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
