Aubrey R. Kimbrell, Jr.

Aubrey Rufus Kimbrell, Jr. age 67 of Moultrie, died Friday July 21, 2017 at his residence. Funeral Service will be 11:00 am Monday July 24, 2017 at Baker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Julian Griner officiating. Interment will be in Oak Dale Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Michael Carroll, Dustin Willeby, Dusty Willeby, Frankie Hodnett, Jerry Kimbrell and Thomas Carroll. He was born July 4, 1950 in Adel, GA to the late Aubrey Rufus "Pug" Kimbrell, Sr. and Corrine Hutchinson Kimbrell. He was a General Contractor and a sales specialist with Lowe's. He also enjoyed wood workings items and gifting them to friends and family. He is preceded in death by his parents, a son, Heath Kimbrell and sister, JoAnn Kimbrell Kicklighter. Survivors are his wife of 45 years, Kathy Carroll Kimbrell of Moultrie, son; Aubrey Joseph "Joey" Kimbrell and wife Erica of Sylvester, daughter; Teresa Darlene Conner and husband Brenton of Ty Ty, sisters; Beulah Ball and husband Gary of Minnesota, Merle Willeby and husband Tommy of Bainbridge, grandchild; Kobe Bruce Hale, special sister-in-law; Susan Ricks, several nieces and nephews and his dog Jake.
