Barbara Watts Carter

Barbara Watts Carter, 72, of Moultrie, died Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at Pruitt Health Brownwood.
Funeral service will be held on Friday, July 13, 2018 at 4:00 pm in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home with Pastor Ricky Purvis officiating. Interment will follow at Baker/Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Casketbearers will be David Plymel, David Law, Danny Welch, Todd Holt, Joshua Welch, and Dexter McClendon.
Born on November 17, 1945, in Moultrie, she was the daughter of the late Paul Edward Watts and Katherine Frances Bennett Watts. She was a homemaker and a member of Open Door Christian Center.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Thomas Kramer; daughter, Amy Kramer; and sister, Jan Watts.
Survivors include her son, Trent Kramer of Moultrie; and 4 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 13, 2018 in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home one hour prior to the service.
