Beatrice Bea' Hazel Norman MOULTRIE Beatrice Bea' Hazel Norman, 87, of Moultrie, died Sunday, Jan. 18, 2015, at Pruitt Health Care. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m., today, Jan. 20, at Mt. Zion Baptist Church with the Rev. Stephen Massey officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery with Spencer Jack Weeks, Blake Allen Litchard, Marcus E. Johnson, Jamie Steven Elrod, Jeffery Oscar Lee Miller and Herbert Ken Stripling serving as pallbearers. Born April 4, 1927, in Hueytown, Ala., she was the daughter of the late Cora Lee Walker Holloway and Andrew "A.W." Holloway. She retired from Hubbell Die Casting and she was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. "She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. She never met a stranger nor had an enemy," her family said. She was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Holloway; and sisters, Elsie Wilson and Nellie Tillman. Survivors include daughters, Sharon Lee Mareno of Birmingham, Ala., Patsy Arlene Norman of Moultrie and Linda Norman Weeks and husband Randy of Norman Park; grandchildren, Blakely Ames Bolton, Spencer Jack Weeks and wife Brandi, Jackie Hanna and husband Johnny and Samantha Steeley and husband Blake; four great-grandchildren; and two on the way. Visitation was held on Monday, from 6 to 8 p.m., at the funeral home. The family will be gathering at 340 Jack Weeks Road in Norman Park. The family requests that donations of food and pet supplies be made to The Moultrie Humane Society in Memory of Bea Norman. Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
