Bertie Mae Horne Johnson, 68, of Moultrie, passed away Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at Pruitt Health Moultrie. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM Wednesday, March 22, 2017 in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home with Rev. Ricky Purvis officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
