Betty Nadine Davis Lamb, 75, of Norman Park, died Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2011, at her residence. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 5, at Baker Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Corey Shiver officiating, assisted by the Rev. James "Shot" Sellers. Burial will follow in Zion Grove Cemetery with Owen Lamb, Todd Lamb, Gage Wingate, Blaine Bosco, Michael Carlton and Chris Davis serving as pallbearers. The honorary pallbearers will be Lamar Hickey, Buddy Allen, Jerome Pope, Wesley Pope, Tyler Houston and Mark Holloway. Born Dec. 27, 1935 in Colquitt County, she was the daughter of the late George Washington Davis and Rosie Davis Sellers. She was a homemaker and of the Pentecostal faith. She was dearly loved by all, said family members. She was preceded in death by brothers, Sanford R. Davis and Lanford R. Davis; and several deceased brothers and sisters of extended family. Survivors include her husband Gene Autrey Lamb of Norman Park; sons, Billy Lamb and wife Laura of Benton Harbor, Mich. and Ricky Lamb and wife Hope of Norman Park; daughters, Susan Rosengrant and husband David of Sylvester, Ga., and Shari Bell and husband Mark of Moultrie; brothers, James "Shot" Sellers and wife Juanita of Moultrie and Hayward Sellers of Moultrie; sisters, Ellen Carlton and husband Curtis of Albany, Ga., Nadine Bryant of Moultrie and Erma Jean Sheffield of Moultrie; grandchildren, Kelly Marsh and husband Steve, Kim Bridges and husband Colby, Hope Todd and husband Steven, Julie Wingate and husband Brent, Lacey Stanfill, Owen Lamb and wife Stacey and Todd Lamb; great-grandchildren, Michael Gage Wingate, Blaine Bosco, Kevin Wingate, Lindsey Henderson, Griffin Stanfill, Bo Bridges, Brady Lamb and Tripp Bridges. Visitation will be Friday, Nov. 4, from 6 to 8 p.m., at the funeral home. Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
