Betty Jo Martin Renolds, age 69 of Jackson, GA, died Thursday August 15, 2019 at WellStar Spalding Regional Hospital in Griffin, GA.
Funeral service will be 3:00pm Sunday at Antioch Baptist Church in Omega with Steve Medders officiating. Burial will be in Omega City Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 1:30pm-3:00pm prior to service at the church.
Ms. Betty was born March 20, 1950 in Albany, GA to the late Jacob Benjamin Martin and Annie Lou Hall Martin. She was an Aero Space Planner with Rocket Dyne and of the Baptist Faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents, daughters, Stacy Ann Syms and Genia Jarrett.
Survivors are her husband, Ramzy Doyle Renolds of Jackson, GA; son, Jack Renolds of Jackson, GA; adopted son, Gary Thorton and wife Malinda of Savannah, GA; daughter, Melissa Gilmore and husband Dan of Stafford, VA; brother, Terry Martin and wife Donna of Brooks, GA; sisters, Eunice Swanson of Gurley, AL, Mary Ann Martin Smith of Thomaston, GA, Binnie Sue Martin Hembree and husband Lee of East Point, FL; numerous grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
