Bobby John Cook, Sr., 70, of Berlin, passed away on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at his residences. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at 2:00 pm, in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home with Rev. Ronald Barrett officiating. Interment will be at Greenfield Cemetery. The family will receive friends after the service. Born April 27, 1946 in Barney, Georgia, he was the son of the late Carlton Cook and Florence Flossie Bryan Cook. He was employed as an electrician and of the Baptist faith. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughters, Tennille Dawn Cook Tucker and Sheila Melissa Cook and brother, Emmitt Cook. Survivors include his sons, Bobby John Cook, Jr. and wife Leslie of Charlotte, NC, Stephen Cook and fiancée Robin of Lakeland, GA; daughters, Jennifer Cook of Tallahassee, FL and Cynthia Cook and husband James of Moultrie; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; brothers, Shelly Cook of Moultrie and Glenn Cook and wife Doris of Adel. Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
