Brandon Todd Hart, 29, of Moultrie, passed away on Thursday, September 21, 2017 at Colquitt Regional Medical Center. A private family graveside will be held with Rev. Wayne Boykin officiating. Flowers are accepted or donations can be made in his memory to a Humane Society of your choice. Born on November 17, 1987 in Hahira, Georgia, he was the son of James Lavon Hart and Monica Cardin Griffin. He was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Sylvia Horne Cardin; paternal grandfather, J.C. Hart; uncle, Donald Todd Cardin; and a niece, Avery Hancock. He is survived by his parents, James Lavon Hart of Moultrie, and Monica Griffin and husband Mitch of Nashville; grandparents, Clarice Hart of Berlin, Donald and Kathy Cardin of Berlin; brother, James Lavon Hart, Jr. of Hahira; sisters, Melissa Hart Alford of Barney, Holly Nicole Carter of Nashville; nephews, Preston Hart, Nicholas Hart, and Zachary Alford; and niece, Rylee Carter. Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
