Carl Wayne Patten

Carl Wayne Patten, 70, of Moultrie, died Monday, September 28, 2020 at his home.
Graveside service will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at Oakdale Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Tim Dudding officiating.
Born on December 20, 1949 in Jesup, Georgia, he was the son of the late Clayton Patten and Mary Ethel Arnold Johns. He worked as a brewmaster at Miller Brewing Co. and was a member of Oakdale Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Steven Patten; and his stepfather, Colbert Johns.
Mr. Patten is survived by his loving wife, Vickie Parrish Patten of Moultrie; children, Kevin McCorkle and wife Pamela of Norman Park, Britney Exum and husband Steve of Moultrie, Savonya Council and husband Robert, Carla Reed and husband Jason, and Natalie Shepard and husband Jay; 16 grandchildren; sisters, Patsy Patten and Debbie Tallevast and husband Johnny, all of Nahunta, Georgia; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2020 in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home from 6:00pm - 8:00pm.
