CAROL BETH BRASWELL BENTON:Carol Beth Braswell Benton age 67 of Moultrie, died Thursday February 4, 2016 at her residence. Funeral service will be 2:00pm Monday February 8, 2016 at  Oakdale Baptist Church with Rev. Tim Dudding officiating. Interment will be in Oakdale Cemetery. Born January 28, 1949 to the late Hugh Dorsey Braswell and Florel Prince Braswell she was retired from the Colquitt County Board of Education as a teacher. She was an active member of Oakdale Baptist Church, she enjoyed reading, traveling and spending time with her family.She is preceded by her parents, her husband John Samuel Benton and brother Floyd Braswell.She is survived by her sons; Scott Benton and wife Turrah, Randy Benton, daughter; Kelli Ruzzo, brother William Braswell and wife Mary, grandchildren; Jordan Turner, Blake Roberts and wife Cierra, Hunter Benton, Chayse Williams and wife Shelby, Michael Benton, Sarah Benton and Kelsi Russo.Visitation will be from 3-5pm Sunday Feb. 7, 2016 at the funeral home.Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home. www.bakerfuneralhomeofmoultrie.com
