Carroll Quinn MOULTRIE - Carroll Quinn, 76, died Monday, Sept. 14, 2015, at Phoebe Putney Hospital in Albany. Funeral services will be 3 p.m., Thursday, Sept 17., at Baker Funeral Home Chapel with Daniel Tompkins officiating. Interment will follow at Turner Family Cemetery. Casketbearers will be Tim Turner, Kim Turner, Justin Turner, Matthew Turner, Timothy Hardin, and Tyler Hancock. Born on Feb. 7. 1939, in Hazelhurst, Ga., he was the son of Lemmie Arthur Quinn and Ruth Lewis Quinn. He was a U.S. Army veteran, a retired fork lift operator with Miller Brewing CO., and was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by one sister, Wynell Williams. Survivors include his wife Deloris Hobbs Quinn; son, James Carroll Quinn & wife Lori of Louisiana, step-sons; Tim Turner and wife, Teresa, of Moultrie, and Kim Turner and wife, Debbie, of Omega; brother, L.A. Quinn, of Hazelhurst, Ga.; and grandchildren Cameron Quinn and Kaitlyn Quinn. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
