Catherine Mason Lane (photo) MOULTRIE Catherine Mason Lane, 77, of Moultrie, died Thursday, July 4, 2013, at her residence. Funeral service will be 6 p.m. Saturday, July 6, at Baker Funeral Home Chapel wiht the Rev. Julian Griner officiating. Mrs. Lane was born July 17, 1935, in Quitman, Ga., daughter of Lum Mason and Vallie Lee Pyles Mason. She was a Baptist and a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raiford E. Lane; two sons, Danny Lane and Donald Lane; a brother, Carl Mason; a sister, Nora Gandy; and a great-grandson, Austyn Turrubiartez. She is survived by two sons, David Lane of Ft. Myers, Fla., and Dewayne Lane and wife Sandra of Moultrie; a daughter, Pat Lane of Cape Coral , Fla.; brothers, Timmie D. Mason and wife Ann of Palm City, Fla., and Hugh Mason of Moultrie; grandchildren, Robby Taylor and wife Mandy of Richmond Hill, Ga., Lynn Turrubiartez and husband George of Moultrie, and Scotty Lane, Pamela Lane and Anthony Hodapp, all of Moultrie; and great-grandchildren, Dylan Taylor, Kaley Taylor, Aaliyah Ybarra Lane, Gracie Lane, Hayden Hodapp and Maddie Hodapp. Visitation will be 4-6 p.m. Saturday, July 6, prior to the service at the funeral home. Arrangement have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
