Cecil Lamar Elliott age 53 of Dalton died Saturday July 18, 2015 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany. Born September 27, 1961 in Americus to Rachel Kirby Elliott and the late Richard L. Elliott he was a self employed welder. A Memorial Service will be held 6:00 PM Tuesday July 21, 2015 at Baker Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be from 5-6 prior to service. Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
