Cecil C. Hall, 83, of Moultrie, died Friday, May 18, 2012, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, May 21, at Baker Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Pinecrest Memory Gardens. The Rev. David Oaks will officiate, assisted by the Rev. A.J. Hall. Pallbearers will be Wendell Hobby, Glenn Smith, Donnie Roberts, David Roberts, Danny Hall and Brian Crosby. Honorary pallbearers will be Velinda Kay Goulart, Marsha Shoemaker, Dale Mecus, Janice McFarland, Debra Cauthorn, Kathy Hobbs, Harold Hobby and Gary Hall. Mr. Hall was born Feb. 12, 1929, in Norman Park to the late Bill and Pearl Weeks Hall. An Army veteran, he was a retired farm consultant for Ralston Purina Company and a member of First United Methodist Church. Survivors include his wife, Joyce Crosby Hall of Moultrie; one son, Greg C. Hall of Moultrie; one daughter, Judy Hall Mercer and husband Erwin of Moultrie; three grandchildren, Justin Mercer of Moultrie and Julissa Hall and Kit Hall of Waycross. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, James Hall and William Hall; and three sisters, Opal Ray, Janie Mae Carter and Frances Roberts
