Cecilia Ann Ce-Anne' Schell NORMAN PARK Cecilia Ann Ce-Anne' Schell, 64, of Norman Park, died Thursday, Sept. 25, 2014, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 28, at Baker Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dan Robinson officiating, assisted by the Rev. Winston Baker and the Rev. Bob Holland. Born July 7, 1950, in Moultrie, she was the daughter of the late Gordon Cecil Harrod and Maggie Lucille Harrod. She was the office manager for Dr. D.Q. Harris and was of the Christian faith. Survivors include her husband, Edward Cason Schell of Norman Park; daughters, Rhonda Schell of Norman Park, Randi Brown and husband Joey of Norman Park and Rachel Robinson and husband Chris of Norman Park; sisters, Gwen Flowers of Norman Park and Deidre Mangia and husband Tony of Riverview, Fla.; and grandchildren, Ryleigh Beth Robinson, Ashton Robinson, Aidan Brown, Mallory Brown and Jace Brown. Visitation will be Saturday, Sept. 27, from 6 to 8 p.m., at the funeral home.
