Charles "Kenny" Kenneth Bennett

Charles Kenneth "Kenny" Bennett, 65, of Moultrie, died Monday, September 17, 2018 at Archbold Medical Center.
Funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 20, 2018 at 11 o' clock in the Sanctuary of Autreyville Baptist Church with Rev. Robert McCoy, Rev. Thomas Morey, and Rev. Hugh Ward officiating. Interment will follow at Baker/Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Casketbearers will be Mike Clark, Steve Stanfill, Donald Bennett, Steve Bennett, Gene Barnett, Adam Lytch, Jimmy Alligood, and Larry Corn. Employees of L&M Company, The Plant Company, LLC., and the Deacons of Autreyville Baptist Church will serve as honorary pallbearers.
Born on September 26, 1952, in Moultrie, Georgia, he was the son of the late Charles Eugene Bennett and Opal Matthews Bennett. He was a farmer and a member of Autreyville Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Peggy Barber Bennett of Moultrie; son, Brett Bennett and wife Jennifer of Moultrie; daughter Becky Bennett and fiancé Tom Clifford of Valdosta; grandchildren, Logan Jack Bennett, and Brody Heath Bennett; brother, Chandler Bennett and wife Kathy of Colquitt, Georgia; sister, Laverne Nash and husband Clifford of Moultrie; nephews, Bobby Cooper and wife Kristy, and Timmy Cooper and wife Wendy, all of Moultrie; and niece, Nicole Gaston and husband Matt of Hahira; also, Bert and Brandy Kight of Moultrie.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 from 6pm-8pm in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home.
In Lieu of flowers, the family asked that all donations be made to Autreyville Baptist Church 2434 Georgia Hwy 33 South Moultrie, Georgia 31788.
