Charles Wayne Myers

Charles Wayne Myers, 68, of Norman Park, died Wednesday, Sept. 21, 2011,at his residence. No formal services. Born June 17, 1943, in Ray City, Ga., he was the son of the late Charles Haven Myers and Inez Taylor Myers. He was a retired Moultrie Police Officer and a veteran of the United States Army. He was preceded in death by sisters, Wynell Giddens and Bobbie Jean Spells. Survivors include his wife, Dianne Garren Myers of Norman Park; sons, Tim Myers and wife Nichole of Winterhaven, Fla., and Jason Myers and wife Monica of Norman Park; a daughter, Kelli McMurphy and husband James of Norman Park; and grandchildren, Matthew Myers, Anna Myers, Szan Myers, Ashton Myers, Taylor Myers, Lyric Myers, Anthony Myers, Ian Velazquez, Diego Velazquez, Kenny Crosby, Skylar Crosby, Jesse McMurphy and Carlie Turner.
