Chelsea Mary-Lynn Kosik MOULTRIE Chelsea Mary-Lynn Kosik, 3, of Moultrie, died Friday, Nov. 1, 2013, at her residence. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 7, at Baker Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Murray Barfield officiating, assisted by the Rev. Billy Sumner. Burial will follow in Community Church Cemetery in Adel, Ga., with Herbert Denton, Simon Johnson, Robert Jolly III and Krae Ryan serving as pallbearers. Born Oct. 23, 2010, in Moultrie, she was the daughter of Otto Kosik and Christina Warren Kosik of Moultrie. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Hans Gisela Brinker, Josef Kosik and Walter Warren. Survivors, in addition to her parents include, her brothers, Will Hancock, Christopher Kosik and Caden Kosik; her grandparents, Joyce Davis, Steve Dobbs and Leon Strickland, all of Moultrie; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 7, at the funeral home. Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
