Cindy Rhodes Folsom NORMAN PARK Cindy Rhodes Folsom, 49, of Norman Park, died Thursday, Feb. 21, 2013, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held 3 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 23, at Baker Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ronald Barrett officiating. Burial will follow in Baker-Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Born Aug. 2, 1963, in Moultrie, she was the daughter of Gayle Williford Jones of Moultrie and the late Jerry Rhodes. She was a self-employed contractor and of the Baptist faith. Her family said she was a loving, caring and giving person. She was preceded in death by a sister, Rhonda Willis. Survivors include former spouse, Gary Folsom of Moultrie; a step-daughter, Cheree Folsom of Tifton; brothers, Thomas Earl Stair Jr. and Michael Wayne Jones, both of Moultrie; sisters, Pam Rhodes of Norman Park, Tracy Burdett and husband Gary of Fitzgerald, Ga., and Donna Lawson of Albany; nieces, Jennifer Palmer and husband Heath of Moultrie, Jessica Willis of Moultrie, Cristy Hickey and husband Bo of Norman Park and Jasmine Parker of Norman Park. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service, on Saturday, at the funeral home. The family may be contacted at the home of Gayle Jones, 2354 Ga. Hwy. 37 East, in Moultrie.
