Colette Barabash

Colette Thurstin Barabash, 79, of Norman Park, Georgia, passed away on Friday, February 10, 2023, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center.
There will be no formal services held at this time.
Born April 8, 1943, in Superior, Wisconsin, she was the daughter of the late Gerald Francis Thurstin and Matilda Agnes Monaghan Thurstin. Mrs. Barabash retired from Target Direct and was of the Catholic Faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Nicholas Barabash; son, Thomas “Skeeter” Benson; and daughter, Marie Quinn Benson. Grandson Edward Quinn.
Mrs. Barabash is survived by her son, Ronald Benson and wife Lidia of Norman Park; daughters, Darla Quinn of Norman Park, and April Benson of Arizona; grandchildren, Jerry Quinn, Sara Quinn Sherma, Enrique Benson, Kattie Quinn, Joe Quinn, Bridgette Radaich, and Dylan Benson; great-grandchildren, Jeremy Quinn, Kyrstin Quinn, Jacob Benson, Lillyanne Benson, James Quinn, Noah Shurma, Arie Shurma, Nick Radaich, and Skyla Radaich; brothers, Gerald Thurstin, Tom Thurstin, Bill Thurstin, Jim Thurstin, Paul Thurstin, and Terry Thurstin; Sisters, Jackie Peterson, and Theresa Marxs.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
