Craig Anthony Davis, 41, of Moultrie, died Monday, April 23, 2012, at his residence. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m., Saturday, April 28, at Baker Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Andy Cashwell and the Rev. Gary Holland officiating. Burial will follow in Pinecrest Memory Gardens with Lenny Beaumont, Floyd Lawrence, Justin Johnson, Jerry Davis, Ron Stinson and Matthew Davis serving as pallbearers. Born March 16, 1971, in Lakeland, Fla., he was the son of Carol Ann Glass of Lakeland, Fla. and Farris and Janet Davis of Moultrie. He was a correction officer for the State of Georgia with Autrey Prison in Pelham. He had an associate's degree in criminal justice and was a veteran of the United States Army. He was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lucille Byrd and William Byrd and Pappy Davis and Velma Davis and Ruth Peavy. In addition to his parents, survivors include his wife, Lorrie Lefebvre Davis of Moultrie; sons, Jacob Davis, Kaleb Davis, Joseph Davis and Kristopher Davis, all of Moultrie; grandfather, J.W. Peavy of Lakeland, Fla.; and a brother, Allan Davis of Longwood, Fla. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m., on Saturday, prior to the service.
