Darlene Elizabeth Johnson, age 69 of Moultrie, died Thursday December 5, 2019 at Pruitt health Sunrise.
Funeral service will be held 11:00 am, Saturday December 7, 2019, in Baker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Robert Alexander and Rev. Austin Glass officiating. Interment will be in Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to service.
Born March 27, 1950 in Moultrie she was the daughter of the late Grover Lee Johnson and Nellie Smith Johnson and was of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Vera Johnson, Carolyn Johnson Alexander and brother-in-law, Larry Moxley, Sr.
She is survived by her sister, Evelyn Moxley of Moultrie; brother-in-law, Rev. Robert Alexander of Moultrie; nieces, Donna Allen, Sherri Beck, Becky Glass, Kerri Holt; nephews, Daniel Holt and Junior Moxley; special cousins, Randy and Debbie Roberts, Julie Bumgardner and other special family members; special friend, Adam Edge.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
