Debbie Mercer Roberts NORMAN PARK Debbie Mercer Roberts, 57, of Norman Park, died Sunday, Oct. 6, 2013, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held 3 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 9, at Baker Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jimmy Voyles officiating. Burial will follow in Baker/Hillcrest Memorial Gardens with Chris Brooks, Jamie Mercer, Donnie Roberts, David Sinclair, Brian Goolsby and Patrick Roberts serving as pallbearers. Born April 14, 1956, in Moultrie, she was the daughter of Ola Maude Guy Mercer Dodd of Norman Park and the late Rev. J.B. Mercer. She was a retired hairdresser and she was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include her husband, Hiram Darrell Roberts of Norman Park; sons, Shane Roberts and wife Amanda of Moultrie and Scott Roberts and wife Kayla of Moultrie; a brother, Mike Mercer and wife Pat of Norman Park; sisters, Cheryl Sinclair and husband Hinton of Norman Park, Denise Brooks and husband Jerry of Omega and Tammy Mercer of Norman Park; grandchildren, Trent Roberts, Lyla Roberts, Makaelyn Roberts and Addy Roberts; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be today, Oct. 8, from 6 to 8 p.m., at the funeral home. The family may be contacted at the home of Ola Maude Mercer Dodd, 4699 Cool Springs Road in Norman Park.
