Delbert Del' Thomas Foster (VETERAN) MOULTRIE Delbert Del' Thomas Foster, 78, of Moultrie, died Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2013, at his residence. A memorial service will be held in Tuskahoma, Okla., at a later date. Born July 14, 1934, in Tuskahoma, Okla., he was the son of Clarence Thomas Foster and Alice Jean King Foster. He was a finance manager for Fluor Corp. and a veteran of the United States Navy. He was of the Christian faith. He was preceded in death by a brother, Clifford Jay Foster. Survivors include his wife, Rosilyn Anne Lewis Foster of Moultrie; a son, Mark Thomas Foster and wife Michelle of Chino, Calif.; daughters, Christy Laree Fisher and husband Wayne, of Loveland, Colo., and Deborah Lin Lane and husband Robert of St. Augustine, Fla.; a brother, Albert Foster and wife Gerri of San Bernadino, Calif., sisters, Virginia Reeder of Yucaipa, Calif., and Mary Hibbard and husband Richard of Long Beach, Calif.; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
