Donald Gene Passmore, 78, of Norman Park, passed away Friday, September 24, 2021, at his home
The funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, September 27, 2021, in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home with Rev. Lennon Howell officiating. Kenneth Chafin, Randy Chafin, Eric Chafin, Brandon Chafin, J.T. Harbin and Brandon Pope will serve as pallbearers. Avery Thompson, Joey Chafin, Hunter Chafin, Braxton Bell, and Dalton Bell will serve as honorary pallbearers. Interment will follow at Cobb/Suncrest Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Passmore was born on January 26, 1943, in Colquitt County, Georgia, he was the son of the late James “J.W.” William Passmore and Lucille Weeks Passmore. He was a self-employed mechanic and was of the Baptist Faith.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra Bullard Passmore; son, Kevin Passmore; and sister, Dorothy Passmore Pinion.
Mr. Passmore is survived by his daughters, Pam Passmore Harbin and husband Tim of Norman Park, Barbara Bell Chafin of Moultrie; brother, Darrell Passmore and wife Nancy of Norman Park; grandchildren, Jaime Harbin and fiancée Brandon “Dough Boy” Pope, Mary Grace Thompson and husband Avery, J.T. Harbin, Kayleigh Harbin, Stormy Harbin, Heather Tucker and husband Jamey, Kenneth Chafin and wife Heather, Ashley Young and husband Jay, Randy Chafin, Joey Chafin, Eric Chafin, Brandon Chafin and wife Autumn, Katie Adkins, and husband Charles, Jeffery Bell and wife Kayla, and Nathan Bell; 12 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 4:00-6:00 PM on Sunday, September 23, 2021, in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home.
