Dwight Wayne May (photo) NORMAN PARK Dwight Wayne May, 53, of Norman Park, died Saturday, Aug. 25, 2012, at his residence. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 28, at Baker Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Buck Creek Cemetery. The Rev. Dion Brown will officiate. Pallbearers will be Jerry Trull Jr., Dennis Shelton, Jr., Neil Linsley, Bill Smith, Marc Bynum and Robin Billings. Mr. May was born Feb. 21, 1959, in Adel, Ga., to the late Vernon May and Velma Gibbs May. He was a member of Buck Creek Baptist Church and was employed with Procter and Gamble. Survivors include his wife, Irene Chapman May of Norman Park; stepsons, Jerry Trull Jr. and wife Aimee of Deville, La., Dennis Shelton Jr. and wife Jennifer of Moultrie; stepdaughter, Nichole Shelton Linsley and husband Neil of Norfork, Va.; sister, Ava Nell Morrow and husband Hal of Dunwoody, Ga.; brother, Donald May and wife Gloria, David May and Dennis May, all of Norman Park; and 15 grandchildren. In addition ot his parents, he was preceded in death by a stepdaughter, Lisa Marie Trull, and a brother, Darrell May. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
