Earl Donald Roberts

Earl Donald Roberts, 85, of Moultrie, passed away on Saturday, May 9, 2020 at his residence.
Due to the ongoing concerns regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, a private graveside service will be held on Monday, May 11, 2020 at Baker/Hillcrest Memorial Gardens with Rev. Andy Cashwell officiating.
Born on March 22, 1935, in Tifton, Georgia, he was the son of the late Bernard Reuben Roberts and Jewell Willis Roberts. He was farmer in Colquitt Co., a veteran of the United States Air Force, and attended Mt. Olive Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter in law, Deborah F. Roberts; brothers, Ed Roberts and Wayne Roberts; and sister, Dorothy Baker; brother in law, Roy Baker, Carroll Conger, James Parker and Joe Ben Parker, Buddy McCorvey, and James Gore; and sister in law, Ann McCorvey and Helen Gore.
He is survived by his loving wife,  Shirley Parker Roberts, of Moultrie; sons, Earl Donald Roberts II, of Moultrie and David Franklin Roberts of Canton, GA; daughter, Lanelle Roberts Rogers and husband David of Valdosta; grandchildren, Rebecca Rogers Carver and husband Daniel of Valdosta, Marlee Rogers Walker and husband James of Marietta, Ashley Lane Roberts of Columbia, Zane Taylor Roberts of Moultrie, and Megan Faith Roberts of Woodstock; great grandchildren, Caroline Carver, Evie Carver, Liam Walker, and Neal Allie Walker; brother, Charles Roberts and wife Lillian of Moultrie; sisters, Ann Roberts Conger and husband Roy of Moultrie, and Linda Roberts Conger of Moultrie; brother in law,  Bobby Parker and wife Doris of Lakeland, FL; and sister in law, Barbara Ann Parker of Cumming, GA.
