Elijah Lewis Hill, Jr., 71, of Donaldsonville, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, April 19, 2020 at LifeBrite Community Hospital of Early.
Born on March 11, 1949, in Tifton, Georgia, he was the son of the late William Randolfh Hill and Winnie Lou Ruggs. He worked and retired as a heavy machine operator for The City of Tifton and was of the Christian faith.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Ella Lou Hill.
He is survived by his children, Jennifer Hill Cross of Donaldsonville, Shannon Lee Hill of Dent, Minnesota, and Jesse Aaron Hill of Perham, Minnesota; grandchildren, Karma Leigh Gibson, Braydon Hill, Melinda Hill, Alex Hill, and Gracie Jade Hill; mother of his children, Lori Heard Hill of Donaldsonville; brothers, Harvey Childs and wife Rosa of Ty Ty and Lee Hill and wife Lisa of Tifton; and sister, Faye Booth and husband Britt of Norman Park; and brother in law, Johnny Conger of Norman Park; and several nieces and nephews.
