Emily Mae Davis Thomas MOULTRIE Emily Mae Davis Thomas, 93, of Moultrie, died Sunday, March 16, 2014, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held 3 p.m., Wednesday, March 19, at Baker Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Mike Farmer officiating. Burial will follow in Baker/Hillcrest Memorial Gardens with Trae Holland, James Veal, Robby Tillman, Keith Blalock, Randy Tyson and Josh Wickett serving as pallbearers. Born Sept. 13, 1920, in Bronwood, Ga., she was the daughter of the late Clyde Davis and Maude Weston Davis. She was a homemaker and a member of Nazarene Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Oscar Thomas; brothers, James Davis, Lonnie Davis, Alvin Davis and Earl Davis; and sisters, Betty Davis and Artis Masters. Survivors include a son, Alvin Thomas of Hartsfield; grandchildren, David Thomas of Hilton Head, S.C., Stacy Thomas and Trae Holland of Moultrie, Amanda Tillman and husband Robby of Moultrie and Renae Veal and husband James of Beaufort, S.C.; and great-grandchildren, Ethan Veal and Natalie Tillman. Visitation will be today, March 18, from 6 to 8 p.m., at the funeral home. Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
