Emily Porter Wrenn (PICTURE) MOULTRIE Emily Porter Wrenn, 86, of Moultrie, died Monday, March 4, 2013, at her residence. Funeral services will be held 3 p.m., Wednesday, March 6, at Autreyville Baptist Church with the Rev. Robert McCoy officiating. Entombment will follow in Pinecrest Memory Gardens with Milton E. Wrenn Jr., Tyler Wrenn, Hudson Wrenn, Donnie Turner, Scott Goodlow and Justin Gaume serving as pallbearers. Born Sept. 2, 1926, in Bainbridge, Ga., she was the daughter of the late George L. Porter and Vida Leigh Jordan Porter. She was a homemaker and of the Christian faith. She also did arts and crafts and painted for 40 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Milton Ellsworth Wrenn Survivors include her son, Milton E. Wrenn Jr. of Hayesville, N.C.; daughters, Jenny Leigh Wrenn of Moultrie and Georgette Wrenn of Kennesaw, Ga.; grandchildren, Robert David Gaume III and wife Dylana, Justin Tierney Gaume and wife Cherie, Haley Varner Vogt and husband Michael, Wrenn Varner Flowers and husband Anthony, Jordan Leigh Varner, Tyler Wrenn and Hudson Wrenn; and a great-grandchild, Mason Flowers.
