Fannie Grace Turner Certain, 82, of Norman Park, passed away Sunday, October 29, 2017 at Colquitt Regional Medical Center. Funeral service will be held at 2:00pm, Tuesday, October 31, 2017 in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home with Rev. Tyler Tibbs officiating. Interment will follow at Weeks Chapel UMC Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Richard Certain, Robert Certain, John Certain, Erik Mitchell, Ronnie Weeks, Earl Weeks, and Roger Certain. Born April 11, 1935 in Worth Co., she was the daughter of the late Robert Lee Turner and Eula Lee Miller Turner. She was a Seamstress at Riverside Manufacturing Co. and was of the Holiness Nazarene Faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Rilious Leonard Certain; daughter, Rhonda Lynn Weeks; brother, Bobby Turner; sisters, Thelma Bailey and Joyce Wimberly; and son in law, Lazaro Padilla. Survivors include her sons, Robert Leonard Certain of Irwinville, Randy Lewis Certain of Norman Park, Richard Leon Certain and wife Penny of Moultrie, and Roger Ladon Certain and wife Dena of Ocala, Florida; daughter, Regina Padilla of Norman Park; grandchildren, 10; great grandchildren, 11; brother, Billy Turner and wife Barbara of Moultrie; sister, Marjorie Smith of Moultrie; and son in law, Earl Weeks of Eatonton. Visitation will be held prior to the service on Tuesday, October 31, 2017, from 1:00pm-2:00pm. Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
