Fredrick "Fred" Eugene Kissel MOULTRIE Fredrick "Fred" Eugene Kissel, 66, of Moultrie, died Monday, May 11, 2015, at his residence. A memorial service will be held 3 p.m. Friday, May 15, at Baker Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ron Shiver officiating. Mr. Kissel was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, son of the late Rose Mack Kissel and Russell Eugene Kissel. A Marine Corps veteran and a Catholic, he was owner and operator of amusement park rides. "To his friends he wa a good friend," his family said. Survivors include his wife, Jacquelyn Hancock Kissel of Moultrie, and many loved ones.
