Glenda Sue Murphy Boyd, 71 of Pavo, died Friday November 9, 2018 at Pruitt Health of Moultrie.
A memorial service will be held 3:00 pm Tuesday November 13, 2018 at Baker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Billy Wilkes officiating.
Born October 1, 1947 in Moultrie to the late Alton Willie Murphy and Betty Jeanette Matthews Murphy Barton. She was a homemaker and of the Christian faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Melissa Sue Boyd.
Survivors are her son William J. Boyd, III and wife Ginger of Hartsfield, grandchildren, Jacob Boyd, Zackery Boyd and Matthew Gillard; great grandchild, Penelope Boyd; sisters, Voline McClain of Moultrie, Barbara Morris and husband Royce of Ellijay, Lequita Bennett of FL, Robbie Sloan and husband Larry of Moultrie.
The family will receive friends following the service.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
