Glenda Kay Perez

Glenda Kay Hall Perez,66, of Barney, passed away Tuesday, August 24, 2021, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, August 27, 2021, in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home with Rev. Winston Baker officiating. Interment will follow at Baker Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
Born March 23, 1955, in Altus, Oklahoma, she was the daughter of the late Oliver Hall and Mildred Hill Hall. She was an LPN at Brownwood Nursing Home/Pruitt Health and was of the Baptist Faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Jerry Duty, and Louis Hall; and adopted mother, Willie Bell Brown.
Mrs. Perez is survived by her husband, Fausto Perez of Barney; son, Charles Smith and wife Jessica of Moultrie; daughter, Amy Gibson of Oklahoma; grandchildren, Tammy Canfield, Sarah Perez and husband Andrew, Curtis Gibson, Kenny Gibson, Alex Smith, Brianna Smith, and Cason Smith; great-grandchildren, Andrew Perez, Abigail Perez, Ritchie Perez, Royce Perez, and Zachariah Canfield; sister, Judy Bleer of California; sister in law, Brenda Duty of Oklahoma; brother in law, Mario Perez and wife Pam of Valdosta; fur babies, Pookie Perez, and Lil Bitty Perez; and friends, Janie Brown, and Crystal and Otis Brown, all of Moultrie.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 1:00-2:00 PM in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home.
