Grady Weeks

Grady Woodwin Weeks, 72, of Moultrie, passed away on Friday, February 18, 2022, at his home surrounded by family.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, February 26, 2022, at First Baptist Church Norman Park with Rev. Jody Jordan and Lee Brown officiating. Interment will follow at Baker/Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Hunter Whiddon, Ashley Grady Whiddon, Reed Dekle, Eric Foster-Whiddon, Dr. Woodwin Weeks, Jeremy Weeks, Justin Weeks, Ross Dekle, and Will Stephens will all serve as pallbearers. Donnie Weeks, Lee Brown, Joey Faison, Joel Griffin, Jim Rice, Chris Hunnicutt, Robert Miller, David Whiddon, Tim Stephens, Donnie Roberts, and Jerry Lindsey will serve as honorary pallbearers

Born on October 26, 1949, in Moultrie, Georgia, he was the son of the late Woodwin Weeks & Hazel Olivia Willis Weeks. He was the owner of Weeks Auction Co. in Ocala, FL, and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Norman Park.

Mr. Weeks is survived by his loving wife, Wilda Ross Weeks of Moultrie; daughters, Holli Weeks Holmes and husband Donald John of Moultrie and Kelly Ann Greene and husband Daryle Robert of Ocala, FL; grandchildren, Jacob David Greene, Coursen Weeks Greene, Jonathon Grady Holmes, Charles Max Holmes, and Emily Ann Holmes; brothers, Steve Weeks and wife Kathleen of Sylvester, Woody Weeks and wife Jolane and Tim Weeks and wife Joetta, all of Ocala, FL; sister, Susan Weeks Whiddon and husband David of Norman Park; and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the First Baptist Church Norman Park/Buddy Sutton Youth Building Fund, P.O. Box 107 Norman Park, Georgia 31771.

The family will receive friends on Friday, February 25, 2022, from 6 pm – 8 pm in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home.
