Hubert Lee Martin

Hubert Lee Martin, 81, of Moultrie, died Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2015, at his residence.  Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 27, at Baker Funeral Home with Stephan Massey officiating. Interment will follow in Pinecrest Memory Gardens. Casketbearers will be Martin Hurst, Rodney Hurst, Ken Martin, Buddy Park, Charlie Jenkins, and Keith Burgess.  Born on Feb. 4, 1934, in Moultrie, he was the son of the late Oscar Lee Martin and Bonnie Cooper Martin. He was a mechanic and of the Baptist faith.  He was preceded in death by two brothers, Perry Martin and Jerry Martin; and two sister, Betty Pagnotta and Judy Martin.  Survivors include his wife, Louise Jenkins Martin; his sons, Doyle martin and wife Wendy of Norman Park, and Randall Martin and Wife Suzanne of Norman Park; his sisters, Linda Siska of Adel, Ethel Chaney, Laverne Callahan of Moultrie, Gail Smarr and husband Ronnie, of Great Falls, S.C., and Cora Hurst and Husband Ronnie of Norman Park; brothers, Ralph Martin and wife Joan of Norman Park, Ray Martin and wife Jeanette of Norman Park, Mark Martin and wife Brenda of Moultrie, Curtis Martin and wife Karen of Reno, Nev., and Jimmy Martin of Thomasville; grandchildren, Sabrina Holweger and Husband Billy of Moultrie, Kay Lavender and husband Jamie of Ty Ty, and Leeann Martin and Eric Causey of Anderson City; and great-grandchildren, Zane Gunn, Brandie Gunn, Alex Evans, Brooke Evans, Chase Evans, Dylan Holweger, Emily Holweger, and Garret Holweger.  Visitation will be Saturday, Dec. 26, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Baker Funeral Home
