Clarence Jackson "Jack" Lindsey, 78, of Norman Park, passed away on Sunday, October 8, 2017 at his residence. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at 3:00 pm, in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home with Rev. Tony Crawley and Rev. Bryan Myers officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Born on November 21, 1938 in Colquitt Co., Georgia, he was the son of the late Sim Lindsey and Clara Mae McMillan Lindsey. Mr. Lindsey loved his family, fishing, and deer hunting. He was a retired construction worker and was of the Baptist faith. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Joe Lindsey. He is survived by his wife, Brenda Weeks Lindsey of Norman Park; sons, Chris Lindsey and wife Rachel of Norman Park, Andy Lindsey and wife Denise of Americus; grandchildren, Bruce Lindsey, Mark Lindsey, Matt Lindsey, Ansleigh Lindsey, Brittany Hinkley and husband Scott, Raney Lindsey and fiancé Taylor, Alex Lindsey, Lauren Bass, and Ran Lindsey and fiancée Ariel; great grandchildren, Karter, Kelsee, Kinslee, Emily, Benjamin, and Peyton; brother, Jerry Lindsey and wife Regina of Sylvester; mother in law, Mattie Lou "Janie" Kennedy of Norman Park; brother in law, Jerry Weeks of Norman Park; special friends, Blaine, Tisha, and Ethan Walden, Jerry and Marie Baker and Marie Potter. Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
