Jackie Wayne Spraggins Sr.

Jackie Wayne Spraggins, Sr., 61, died Sunday, June 12, 2016, at his residence. Services will be Thursday, June 16, at 2 p.m., at Baker Funeral Home with the Rev. Andy Cashwell officiating. Born on July 23, 1954, in Trion, TN, he was the son of Calvin Spraggins and Venice Miller Spraggins. He was a self employed painter and of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Deborah Irene Spraggins; brother, Charles Spraggins; and sister, Charlotte Irene Dickerson. Survivors include his wife, Gracie Irene Flanders Spraggins; son, Jackie Spraggins, Jr., and wife Melissa of Tampa, FL; daughter, Suzanne Jackson of Tampa, FL, brother, Calvin Spraggins, Jr., of Moultrie,; grandchildren, Brittanni Bowman of Tampa, FL, Austin Bowman of Tampa, FL, Heather Bowman Peel and husband PFC. Billy Peel, Jr., of Fort Campbell, KY, Brianna Marie Spraggins of Moultrie, Devan Blake Spraggins of Moultrie, Savannah Nicole Spraggins of Tampa, FL, Courtney Rae Spraggins, of Tampa, FL, and Tyler Heaton and Shane Heaton, of Tampa, FL; and great-grandchildren, Billy "Lil B.B." Peel, III.. of Fort Campbell, KY, and Miranda "Baby" Gracie Peel of Fort Campbell, KY. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at Baker Funeral Home.
