Jacob Grant Martin Jr. MOULTRIE Jacob Grant Martin Jr., 4, of Moultrie, died Thursday, June 12, 2014, at his residence. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Tuesday, June 17, at Baker Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Brad Bowen officiating, assisted by the Rev. Jimmy Voyles. Burial will follow in Baker/Hillcrest Memorial Gardens with Brandon Gay, Luke Hood, Clint Barlow, Matt Barlow and Juan Leija serving as pallbearers.. Born Sept. 24, 2009, in Moultrie, he was the son of Lindsay Newsome Martin and Grant Martin of Moultrie. He was preceded in death by great-grandparents, Danny Dell, Pauline and Herman Maxwell, Betty Faye Rigdon, Jackie Terrell Martin, Charlie Lindsey Jr. and Sue and W.E. McCullough. Survivors include his parents Lindsay Newsome Martin and Grant Martin and his sister, Addison Martin of Moultrie; grandparents, Cliff and Dana Newsome of Moultrie, Victor and Sandi Martin of Norman Park, Paula McCullough of Moultrie and Mike McCullough of Lebanon, Mo.; great-grandparents, Bunker and Sidney Newsome of Moultrie, Frankie Dell of Moultrie, and Merle Lindsey of Norman Park; and numerous aunts and uncles.
