James Michael Rogers

James Michael Rogers, 57, of Doerun, passed away at his home on Tuesday, October 19, 2021.
Mr. Rogers was born on December 1, 1963, and was the son of the late Grady Thomas Rogers and Emma Jane Jordan Rogers. The family remembers how James was a man of small words. But, he had a big heart of gold. Mr. Rogers loved everyone that he came in contact with. Along with being a master at cooking and grilling, he worked and retired from Destiny Homes and was of the Baptist faith. He will be deeply missed. “Fly High, Brother!” the family stated.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, John Phillip Rogers; sisters, Marilyn Patricia Rogers, Paula Jean Rogers Jordan, and Joann Rogers.
Mr. Rogers is survived by his brother, Lewis Thomas Rogers, and wife Patricia of Moultrie; sisters, Sandra Faye Rogers of Doerun, Linda Diane Willingham of Doerun, Jacki Guzman-Campos and husband Jose of Doerun; and several nieces and nephews.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
