James Carl Swilley age 66 of Sumner, GA, died Tuesday September 17, 2013 at his residence. Services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday September 20, 2013 at Baker Funeral Home Chapel with The Revs. Donnie Sloan & David C. Swilley, Kevin E. Swilley and James T. Swilley officiating. Interment will be at Paulk's Chapel Cemetery in worth county. Visitation will be from 6-8 Thursday evening at the funeral home. Mr. Swilley was born September 11, 1947 to the late Carl Homer Swilley and Lula Mae Carroll Swilley in Moultrie, GA. Survivors are his wife Margie Jeanette Saunders Swilley of Sumner, sons; James T. Swilley & wife Laureana, Kevin E. Swilley, David C. Swilley, daughters; Jeanenne Benton & husband Jerry, Rebecca Crummey & husband Wayne, brothers; Bob Swilley & wife Lavenia, Randall Swilley, sisters; Ann Matthews & husband Frank, Marilyn McLeod & husband John, Lila Criddle, Ellen Weldon & husband Ken, grandchildren; Jake Swilley, Bryan Swilley, Keegan Swilley, Dakota Tift, Jordan Tift, Steven Swilley, Ethan Swilley & Sarah Swilley, Nathan & Jonathan Benton, Casey & Brooke Griffin.
