MOULTRIE - Jeffery Patrick Joyner, 57, died Monday, Aug. 8, 2016, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center. A graveside service will be held on Friday, Aug. 12, at 11 a.m., at Sardis Church Cemetery with the Rev. Shot Sellers officiating. Casketbearers will be Marvin Mobley, Marvin Sadler, Chris Reid, Jack Lowery, Bobby Gay, Jim Soo, and Ladon Harrell. Born on Oct. 11, 1958, in Albany, Ga., he was the son of Katie Sue Kent Joyner and the late Phillip Jackson Joyner, Jr. He worked in maintenance at Riverside and was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include his mother, Katie Sue Kent Joyner; son, David Luke Joyner of Moultrie; daughter, Gabrielle N. Todd and husband Kiser of Moultrie; brothers, Gregory Nathan Joyner and wife Teri of Oklahoma City, Okla., Phillip James "Jim" Joyner and wife Jana of Los Angeles, Calif., David Anthony Joyner and wife Jennifer of Sylacauga, Ala., and Ralph Dewey Joyner and wife Sonya ofWarrenton, Va.; and one grandchild, Bonnie Todd. Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
