Jesse Carl Castleberry MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. Jesse Carl Castleberry, 62, of Milledgeville and formerly of Norman Park, died Sunday, June 14, 2015, at Providence Health and Rehabilation in Sparta, Ga. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 17, at Baker Funeral Home with the Rev. Randall Kennedy officiating. Burial will be at Indian Creek Primitive Baptist Church. Pallbearers will be Ernest Kennedy, Derick Prosser, Carl Kennedy, Bill Tanner, Bill Hurst and Keith Corkern. Mr. Castleberry was born April 22, 1953, in Moultrie, son of the late John Tennis Castleberry and Mettie Elizabeth Kennedy Castleberry. He was a Primitive Baptist and worked for Bridgeport Brass. Survivors include a sister, Debra Corkern and husband Keith of Braselton, Ga.; a brother-in-law, Bill Hurst of Milledgeville; two nieces, Sheri Whitley of Nicholson, Ga., and Melissa Prosser and husband Derick of McIntyre, Ga.; a nephew, William Hurst and wife Tiffany of 29 Palms, Calif.; six great-nieces and -nephews; and one great-great-nephew.
