Jessica Ricks Frailey

Jessica Ricks Suggs Frailey, age 39, formerly of Norman Park, died Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at her residence in Ocean Springs, Mississippi.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, August 17, 2019 in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home with Rev. Andy Cashwell officiating. Interment will follow in Baker/Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Mike Rhodes, Eric Sangster, Chris Hunnicutt, Anthony Hunnicutt, William Rumley and Blake Litchard will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be held from 10:00am-11:00am prior to service in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home.
Born on April 24, 1980, in Moultrie, she was the daughter of Judy Ricks Hay and the late Timothy J. Ricks. She was a financial Assistant with the Credit Bureau and was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Lillian Ricks and Betty Alton Bizzell;uncles, Stan Rumley and David Bizzell.
She is survived by her mother, Judy Ricks Hay and husband James of Norman Park; husband, Gary Duane Frailey of Ocean Springs, MS; son, Hayden Suggs of Athens; daughter, Ava Grace Frailey of Ocean Springs, MS; grandfather, Glenn Ricks of Norman Park; grandmother, Joyce Hopkins of Moultrie; aunts, Melissa Ricks Johnson and husband Kyle and Norma Jean Rumley; uncle, Greg Ricks and wife Lynn; step sister; Abigail Tomlin and husband Blake of Zebulon, GA and many loving nieces and nephews.
