Jimmy Lee Pruitt NORMAN PARK - Jimmy Lee Pruitt, 64, died Monday, April 18, 2016, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center. Graveside service will be Tuesday, April 19 at 4 p.m. at Hopewell Baptist Church with the Rev. Thomas Morey officiating. Interment will follow at Hopewell Church Cemetery. Born on Dec. 5, 1951, in Ellijay Ga., he was the son of the late Roland Pruitt and Lucille Bramblett Pruitt. He was a construction worker and also worked atWal-Mart. He was preceded in death by brothers, George Newberry, Earl Newberry, and Frank Newberry; and sister Vera Jean Harper. Survivors include his sons, Jimmy Lee Pruitt, Jr., Wandall Jerome Pruitt, andWindall Jeremy Pruitt all of Moultrie, daughters, Alicia Pruitt Myrick of Norman Park, and Carol Pruitt Diza Garcia and husband Benito of Plant City, Fla.; brothers, Billy Newberry of Norman Park, and HomerWayne Griffin and wife Sue of Moultrie; and grandchildren, Kevin Joshua Myrick, Robbie Myrick, Mickey Myrick, Andre Centino Martinez, Issak Centino Martinez, Christian Joel Martinez, Adrianna Diaz Garcia and Juan Diaz Garcia. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 19, from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m at Baker Funeral Home. Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
